We are incredibly proud to share that Ark Evelyn Grace Academy has been officially rated Good in all areas following our latest Ofsted inspection in February 2025.
In the newly published report, inspectors describe our school as a “welcoming and happy” place where “staff care deeply that all pupils achieve both academically and personally.” The report recognises the “many improvements made over the past two years”, which now mean that students can “enjoy the education and wider opportunities that the school provides.”
Inspectors also praised our school values of community, ambition, integrity, professionalism and perseverance, noting how these are reflected in the way students and staff treat one another. Pupils “learn about the importance of differences” and “how to treat one another with respect.”
The report highlights the school’s “broad and ambitious” curriculum, stating that leaders are “aspirational for what pupils can achieve”. It also commends the support offered to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND), with staff accurately identifying “precisely what kind of additional help these pupils need.”
This judgement marks a significant step forward since our previous inspection in 2022, when the school was rated ‘Requires Improvement’.
