"Every student will find an individual pathway to University and Career Success based on informed decisions and in-depth Careers Education Information and Guidance (CEIAG)"

At Ark Evelyn Grace Academy we use the gold standard Gatsby Benchmarks: a nationally-recognised framework used to define and develop a first-class careers provision. The framework consists of the following elements:

• A stable careers programme
• Learning from career and labour market information
• Addressing the needs of each pupil
• Linking curriculum learning to careers
• Encounters with employers and employees
• Experiences of workplaces
• Encounters with further and higher education
• Personal guidance

At Evelyn Grace Academy, we aim to widen participation in further and higher education, working with organisations such as Into University to make this happen. We are particularly keen to support students:

• From disadvantaged backgrounds
• With special educational needs
• Who will be the first generation to attend University
