Complaints Procedure and Policy

The academy tries to resolve problems informally wherever possible.

Introduction

We have a process for handling complaints: this process sets out how we can work together to resolve the complaint, with the aim of always doing so in formally and amicably.

Our primary concern is always the wellbeing of your child and we commit to working with you to ensure that your child’s schooling is as happy and fulfilling as possible.

This policy outlines an effective response and appropriate redress which we as a school will provide to all complaints:
