You can leave notes in the planner if you wish to communicate with your child’s tutor or subject teachers and keep an eye on how much homework  is being set.

We monitor our student’s planners every week and, when we see your signature, we know that we are supporting each other with your child’s education.

EGA GCSE PE Students host South London Panathlon Challenge

At Ark Evelyn Grace academy, we are proud to have welcomed schools from the London boroughs of Southwark, Lambeth, Croydon and Lewisham; as they competed in the start of the multi-sports season of the Panathlon challenge here at the academy.

Over 500 schools across the country take part in ‘mini Paralympic’ multi-sport competitions for secondary or primary school children.

As a charity, Panathlon has in the last few years also trained thousands of young leaders, aged 14-19, who act as sports officials for Panathlon competitions, to which our academy has been fortunate to be a part off.

For this occasion, our GCSE, PE students acted as the sports officials.

They were fantastic Young Leaders as they assisted students in the various games.

It was truly a wonderful show of sportsmanship, team work and collective achievements from all involved.

“Many thanks for hosting us. The children attending had a great day and the work & commitment your leaders put in, made that happen.”

Mr James Tinney  - Event Manager, Panathlon
